If you do not have access to any email address connected to your account, include the following so we can verify you: the last 4 digits of your credit card, the amount of the last charge, and the date of the last charge.
For the fastest resolution
Many issues are answered in the sync troubleshooting guide. When reporting a syncing problem, it helps to include an example event (source calendar, destination calendar, subject, and time) that is not syncing correctly, along with full-screen screenshots showing the event and your calendar color-coding.
