Scheduling a Group Meeting via the Outlook Plugin
To learn more about CalendarBridge group scheduling, see this article.
1.Enter the meeting participants in the To field of the email message, and type the subject in the Subject field.
2. In the “Scheduler option” dropdown of the CalendarBridge side panel, select “Group.”
3. In the “Select Scheduler” dropdown, select which your schedulers you want to use for this meeting.
4. In the “Duration” dropdown, select the length of the meeting to be scheduled. The options are determined based on the selected scheduler.
5. Select the days and times for the invitees to vote on.**
6. You have two options for how to send the link to the meeting poll:
- Clicking “Send Emails” will cause CalendarBridge to directly email each invitee with a link to the meeting poll. You can close the email without sending it.
- Clicking “Add schedule link to message” will insert a link to the meeting poll in the body of the email and you can complete and send the email as normal.
**Invitees whose availability is known (because they have a CalendarBridge scheduler) are shown with a CalendarBridge logo next to their name. If all invitees have a CalendarBridge logo next to their name, then you will simply pick one day/time and the meeting invites will be booked immediately upon completing step (no meeting poll will be sent).
