Responding to a Group Invite

Step 1: Provide your email address If you clicked on a general link, you will arrive at a landing page that asks you to enter your email address: If you received a personalized link, your email address is already known and you will skip to step 2. Step 2: Indicate the times you are available Click the radio buttons next to the times that you are available for the meeting. Voting for more times means a greater chance that a time will be found that works for everyone.  The number of votes that each time slot has received is shown in parenthesis. Once you have selected all the times that work for you, click “Submit Times”
