When I try to add a user, I get a “user already exists” error

This usually means the user already has a paid individual subscription.

What to do

The user you are trying to add likely has a paid individual subscription. Please email the user’s email address to support@calendarbridge.com and request they be moved onto the group account. The user’s individual subscription will be canceled and a pro-rated refund will be issued to their payment method.
