CalendarBridge offers three user plans: Basic, Premium, and Pro.

The only difference between the three plan types is the number of sync connections included in the plan. Basic includes 2 sync connections, premium includes 16 sync connections, and pro includes 36 sync connections.

Each sync connection is the same regardless of which plan type it is on (including during the free trial). If you only need 1 or 2 sync connections, there is no advantage to choosing the premium plan. If you only need 16 sync connections, there is no advantage to choosing the pro plan.

How many sync connections do you need?

which direction(s) you want to sync them.

To illustrate, here are two common configurations involving 3 calendars X, Y, and Z (these calendars may reside on 1, 2, or 3 calendar accounts):

Thus…

If you only have 2 calendars, you definitely only need a Basic license.

If you have 3 calendars, then you probably need a premium plan…

If you have 4 calendars, you definitely need premium.

If you have 5 or 6 calendars, you probably need pro, but you could possibly get away with premium if you don’t need all calendars reflecting all other calendars (similar to the example above for 3 calendars).

If you have 7 or more calendars, there is no way on an individual account to have all calendars reflect all 6 other calendars.

The number of sync connections on each plan type is not adjustable.

Basic is limited to 2 sync connections, premium is limited to 16, and pro is limited to 36.

There is no way to have more than 36 sync connections on an individual account. For that, you would need a group account.
