You create and control every sync connection centrally from the admin portal — users never log in.

Resource calendars can't log in to set anything up themselves — an admin manages these connections.

Managed Syncs

With Managed Syncs, a group admin sets up and owns every sync connection from the admin portal. Users — and meeting rooms or other resource calendars, which have no one to log in and set anything up — are never involved.

Managed Syncs are the right fit when:

You're syncing meeting rooms, equipment calendars, or other shared/resource calendars.
You want to create sync connections in bulk from a spreadsheet instead of one at a time.
Your users span multiple Microsoft/Google tenants (e.g., after a merger, or across a parent and subsidiary) and you'd rather not depend on each user's own login.
You don't want sync connections to break when a user changes their password — Managed Syncs use application-level access instead of a per-user login.

Managed Sync licenses are priced per connection, starting at $4/mo billed monthly, or $3.20/mo billed annually — there are no tiers to pick between, so cost scales directly with how many connections you need.

Managed User Seats

With Managed User seats, each user gets their own CalendarBridge account — they log in, connect their own calendars, and set up their own sync connections, plus use CalendarBridge's other features (schedulers, the unified calendar, the AI scheduling assistant). An admin still controls which license and access-control policy each user gets, and can preload calendar accounts to save the user setup time.

User seats come in three tiers — Basic, Premium, and Pro — which differ only in how many sync connections are included per user. Use the calculator below to see how many connections your users actually need and which tier that maps to.
